I
have been working for quite a long time to get a Spanish
Food Handler Class in southern Indiana.
Mary
Duke with the Purdue Extension Office has finally got one
in the works. Now we need to get our restaurant Hispanic
food handlers to attend.
The
class will be held August 16 & 17 at the Ivy Tech at
Princeton IN. The cost will be $160.00 for lecture, book
& exam.
Please,
could you sent out an email to our fellow county
inspectors and get the word out to the people in their
county? I can keep you updated on any form that
becomes available.
I
know we all have people who need to either take the test
or re-certify. Either / or we have to push them a lot!
Compare our chapter and programs. We believe we
offer excellent opportunities with an emphasis on personal interaction
